In this work, titled Cloud, I focused on the everyday colors and raw materials that constantly surround me—specifically, flooring and wallpaper. Using these building materials, which typically delineate the boundary between inside and outside, I assembled planes into a three-dimensional form, giving shape to a symbolic “cloud.” By reconstructing a cloud—a symbol of the outdoors—using materials that define the interior, I question the boundaries between inside and outside, as well as the nature of our everyday scenery.
