If a globe were made of ribbon, turning it would cause it to gradually unwind, transforming its form from a sphere into a plane, and ultimately into lines. A globe is often an object within the home that goes largely untouched, silently accumulating time in the background of our lives. Suspended vertically from the wall, the ribbon of the globe unravels and spills onto the floor. Through this composition, the work highlights the subtle presence and quiet existence of the globe as an object.

もし地球儀がリボンで構成されているとしたら——それを回すたびに少しずつ解けていき、やがて球体から面へ、そして線へと姿を変えていくでしょう。 地球儀は、日常空間にありながら頻繁に触れられることは少なく、静かに時間を重ねていく存在です。本作では、壁に掛けられた地球儀から伸びたリボンが床へと解け落ちる姿を通して、私たちが普段意識することのない、地球儀というオブジェクトの静かな佇まいと存在感を表現しています。
