While people admire nature, they also rely on anti-natural objects. In this work, I used a chair from daily life and incorporated images drawn from natural scenery. At the same time, the chair, made of wood, seems to strive upward as if attempting to return to a tree. Looking up, a forest landscape unfolds, revealing the unnaturalness hidden within regularity.
In addition, I introduced a triangular form to represent the floor, intentionally placing this unusual shape independently within the space. Through this composition, the work seeks to offer a new perspective on ordinary, everyday objects.
人々は自然を称賛しながらも、同時に反自然的なオブジェクトに依存しています。本作では、生活の中で使われる椅子を用い、そこに自然の風景から引用したイメージを取り込みました。一方で、木から作られた椅子は再び樹木へ戻ろうとするかのように、高みを目指して伸び上がります。見上げた先には森の風景が広がり、規則性の中に潜む不自然さが浮かび上がります。
また、床を表す要素として三角形の形を取り入れ、あえて珍しい形を独立して空間に配置しました。こうした構成によって、日常のありふれたオブジェクトに新たな視点を与えることを試みています。
